Returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Liquid products where the seal was broken after delivery (this includes sealing sprays and anti-scratch pastes)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee will be applied to orders cancelled for any reason and on orders where a refund is requested. We may waive this fee at our discretion for customers with a legitimate reason for return. This fee can be up to 3.25% of the purchase value for UK orders and up to 5% for all international orders. Any fraudulent or high-risk orders that we cancel will be charged a restocking fee of 10% in the UK and 15% in all other countries.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@benxo.co.uk.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
